An Aspen Grove in July

• Materials: acrylic ink and colored pencil on mixed media paper

• After working with Crayola Supertip marker for a couple of years and loving it, I didn’t love that I couldn’t sell my original drawings due to the marker not being archival quality. I’ve been following an artist who goes by Furry Little Peach online and saw how she used acrylic inks to start her paintings with a wash of vibrant color. So this is my first go at subbing acrylic ink for how i would typically use marker and i’m into it. I think it works so well.
